I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I really wish that you would do more traditional artwork with colored pencils like you used to. I absolutely ADORED your amazing coloring skills, and I miss it. Please don't be offended. You are talented with digital work too, but I think your true skill lies in traditional works.
I still sketch the traditional way the majority of the time. To be honest, I do like colouring with colouring pencils, but it just takes far too much of my time these days and digital colouring is something I really want to learn to master. Paint, colouring pencils, pencils, charcoal, pastals, you name it, I’ve just about used it and for the majority of my life. I view digital colouring as the new challenge for me.
In the last few years of using traditional colouring I became extremely frustrated with it, perhaps because I became bored with it as well. More likely than not I will fall back to it again one day, but not just yet. So you’ll just have to stick it out with me anon. :)
Really? I thought I’d be earth, because I’m as stubborn as hell. Ah well, air it is. The good thing about air is that I can fly and I won’t get dirty all the time. I don’t like getting dirty. Or wet. Or roasted, and I am forever burning myself on things… Yeah, best I stay away from firebending. :p
Your result for The Avatar: the Last Airbender Bending Test …
25% Fire, 30% Earth, 25% Water and 45% Air!
Air is the element of freedom. Airbenders continually sought spiritual enlightenment, the result being that all Air Nomads are benders. The key to Airbending is flexibility, finding and following the path of least resistance. Airbending is notable for being almost entirely defensive, however it is reputed to be the most dynamic of the four bending arts. Chances are, you are quick thinking and able to see multiple solutions to a single situation.
